They brought with them their hopes, their dreams, and their recipes to keep those dreams fueled. Karla was enjoying meats marinated the same way as in Mexico, with the same seasonings and sauces.
Those same flavors are used to produce food at Chelas Mexican Kitchen. The same seasonings, the same sauces, the same combinations, and the same delicious results, just in a different package.
